    • Hall - Mary Alice Corey Hall of Bedford, IN, died Wednesday, May 9, 2001, at the I.U. Medical Center in Indianapolis. Born on August 11, 1943, in Lawrence County, IN, she was the daughter of Lindon (Bud) and Eugenia (Harper) Rock. She first married Everett Corey; she later married Joe Hall.

      Surviving are three daughters and their husbands: Donna & Kevin Burgess of Bedford, IN, Paula & Charles Feldhaus of Jeffersonville, IN, and Tammy & William Corps of Martinsville, IN; one son and his wife, James & Athena Corey of Bedford, IN; her father and step-mother, Lindon and Georgeanna Rock of Francisco, IN; two sisters, Dena of Francisco, IN and Lia of Arizona; one brother, August of Florida; one half-brother, Denny Chenault; nine grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and one aunt. She was preceded in death by her mother; one son, Charles Ray; one sister, Lynette; and one great-grandson.

      She was a homemaker and attended East Oolitic Community Church.

      There will be graveside services for Mary Hall at 3:30 p.m. Monday, May 14th, at the Hilltop Cemetery with the Rev. Millard Jones officiating. Friends may call from 10 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Monday at the Day & Carter Mortuary.
